Hangzhou Luheng International Trade Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates AITradePath, our China-based sourcing and export brand. This page explains what information we collect through our websites (aitradepath.com, sports.aitradepath.com and home.aitradepath.com) and how we use it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer your inquiry and run your order.

What we collect

Inquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional) and the details of what you want to source. You choose what to include in your message.
Direct contact: if you reach us by email, WhatsApp or TikTok, we receive whatever you send us through those channels, under their own terms and privacy policies.
No tracking cookies: our marketing pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party ad scripts.
Website usage: Cloudflare Web Analytics provides visit and performance statistics. Our own server also counts page loads, contact-link clicks and enquiry-form actions using fixed page and event categories. This dedicated event log stores no visitor identifiers, IP addresses, form contents or full referral URLs; it is rotated with a 30-day retention window. Our event collection respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and manage your orders.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Services we rely on

Our own enquiry service stores submitted enquiries and notifies our team using our email service.
Cloudflare provides website security and Web Analytics; CDN services apply where enabled.
Links to WhatsApp and TikTok take you to those platforms, which operate under their own privacy policies.

Retention & your rights

We keep business correspondence for as long as we work together or as required for legitimate business records. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — email sales@aitradepath.com and we will handle it promptly.
