Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both. Our factory makes sports backpacks and sportswear. Home & living comes from specialist partner makers, coordinated by our Hangzhou buying and export team.
Can you source products that are not shown?
Yes. Send a photo or specification, target quantity and destination. We will check suitable makers and arrange a sample plan for your brief.
What is the smallest order you will take?
300–500 pcs per style is the standard run. On a first order we go down to 50 — below 300 the unit price goes up by 8–15%, confirmed on your quote. Styles combine toward one MOQ.
Can you match a sample I already have?
Send it, or send photos with measurements and materials. That is usually the fastest route on this line.
How do I know quality is consistent?
We do. The producing factory checks the goods first. For export orders, our own team checks them again before shipment. You are welcome to appoint an independent third-party QC company for an additional inspection. Tell us any market-specific testing or certification requirements before we quote.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Tell us when you will be in China and which products interest you; we can arrange a visit with the partner maker.
